Samsung I7500 Review

Samsung launched its first Android phone, the I7500. Like the G1, Samsung’s smartphone will have deep integration with all Google’s Web services.
Touch Screen: The i7500 features a 3.2-inch, 320-by-480 AMOLED touch screen instead of the more commonly used LCD technology. The AMOLED screen is a relatively new technology and offers unusually bright and sharp images.
Camera and Multimedia: It has a 5-megapixel camera with an LED flash and video recording support.
The I7500 is a capable multimedia player and can use multiple audio and video codecs. It comes packed with 8 GB of onboard storage which can be expanded up to 32 GB via a microSD slot.
Connectivity: The Samsung i7500 supports HSDPA on the 900, 1700, and 2100 Mhz bands but lacks 850 and 1900 Mhz bands. The I7500 comes with Wi-Fi, EDGE, Bluetooth 2.0, GPS and 3G capabilities and will get up to 7.2-Mbps downlink speed.
Apps: The I7500 supports Google’s various services, such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Maps with support for Google Latitude, Street View, Google Talk. More applications can be downloaded from Android Market just like Apple’s App store.
