Facebook Launched Application For WinMo
Phones running on Windows Mobile 6 can now use the official facebook application. This new facebook app offers a new UI which has different look from its online counterpart.

The facebook app for windows is strongly integrated with phone’s personal information management features which helps in integrating Facebook’s contact information into phone’s contact list. The App has a button instead of link to update the facebook status and lets users send and receive Facebook messages or wall posts, poke other users, and add new friends.
Microsoft says it’s the first application that lets mobile users upload video to their Facebook pages directly from a phone. While Windows Mobile has traditionally been regarded as a business tool, Microsoft has recently begun adding consumer applications and capabilities aimed at attracting a wider audience to the phones.
