LG Neon Impressive With Some Questionable Design Choices

LG Neon is an impressive phone which has been designed to attract young customers as it comes in flashy colors and a handy QWERTY keyboard for texting enthusiasts. Like the LG Xenon, the Neon has a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and is meant to be a messaging device. LG Neon is not here to compete with iPhone or Blackberry but with touch screen and slide out QWERTY keyboard is sure to make its way among the young customers who will find it quite useful for texting.
Connectivity:
LG Neon is a tri band handset with GSM/EDGE connectivity as well as Bluetooth but no WiFi.
Multimedia:
Integrated MP3 player, FM radio and picture and video messaging.
Camera:
Neon has 2 megapixel camera with no flash.
Screen:
The LG Neon’s display is a touch screen, but only for the phone dialer. You hit a dedicated phone keypad button in the navigation array, and the virtual number keypad will show up but the rest of the phone’s interface is accessible only through navigation keys.

The LG Neon has some questionable design choices like the touch screen with only dialer which is touch sensitive and also the QWERTY keyboard has 3 rows instead of 4 as in the Xenon.
