Apple has filed arguments informing Copyright office that Jailbroken iPhones could lead to major network breakdown. In the argument Apple claims that:

Microsoft, Yahoo Alliance To Fight Common Enemy

Apple Rejects Google Voice App: Steve Jobs Suspected
