According to a recent survey by Consumer Reports, AT&T received the lowest customer satisfaction ranking in 19 out of 26 big cities, with its lowest ratings coming in the voice service and customer support categories.

DigitalDaily reports that AT&T scored low marks for several key indicators of customer satisfaction–including service availability, circuit capacity, dropped-call frequency and voice service–across 73 percent of the markets Consumer Reports surveyed. Overall, the carrier placed last in the 19 cities surveyed.

For iPhone users, these numbers aren’t exactly a surprise party. Complaints about AT&T have been seemingly non-stop, from delays in the addition of MMS and the still-MIA tethering to poor service and dropped calls.

On the other hand, Verizon has topped the rankings with flying colors in the United States for providing best services. It has been awarded the highest marks in the reports for data services, voice connectivity, and customer support. The T-Mobile came in the second place.
