Call Logs Backup and Restore 1.3 is a free Android app for android based Motorola Droid, HTC Eris, Magic, Hero and G1.

Call Logs Backup and Restore is a simple App to backup and restore Call Logs. It is useful when doing a factory reset or installing custom ROMs. The backup is stored in /sdcard/CallLogBackupRestore folder.

After installing the app, the screen will have 4 buttons, which assist in following functions:

• Restore Calls: Reads the xml file and creates a new Call log for every entry found in the file. Duplicates are checked based on number, duration and date/time of the call.
• Backup Calls: Backup all the Call logs on the phone to the xml file.
• Delete Calls: Deletes all the Call logs on the phone, so that a Restore can be performed.
• Menu -> Send by Email: Allows you to send the backup file by Email.
• Delete Backup Files: Allows selection of backup files to be deleted.
