HTC Legend is approved by the FCC and will soon be available for Sprint users in United States. The HTC Legend which shares the features with the HTC Hero launched in Europe is expected to succeed the popular Sprint HTC Hero and will hit the market as Hero2.

The HTC Legend or Hero2 specs include:

1) Android OS: Android 2.1 with multi-touch support

2) Design: unibody design with a vertically inserted battery that covers the SIM and the memory card.

3) Processor: 600MHz processor

4) Screen: 3.2-inch AMOLED screen

5) Camera: 5-megapixel camera with LED flash

6) Trackpad: optical trackpad instead of the standard trackball

7) Connectivity: GSM/GPRS/EGPRS 850/1900 and feature 3G, 802.11 b/g WiFi and Bluetooth
