The app called the Market Enabler enables its users living outside US to access the top paid apps from anywhere around the world.

The following steps explain the simple way of accessing the Android paid apps:

Requirements: Your Android phone must have been rooted. Click here for Android Rooting tutorial.

Step 1. Download the Market Enabler app from here.

Step 2. Run the following adb command in command prompt:

adb install MarketEnabler_V3.0.8.apk

After installing the MarketEnabler app tap on Enable Paid Apps and you will get the full access to the top paid apps in the Android Market.
