Hidden Buttons On iPad’s Split Keyboard To Add More Convenience
The option to split up the keyboard of iPad is a lesser-known feature which came into existence as one of the 200 new features packaged with iOS 5 by Apple. However, we call it lesser-known as it is not much used by users on frequent basis but may offer a very convenient way to type long text, while typing a mail or a larger body text. The split keyboard let you type using your thumbs of both the hands on your tablet and provides with the ability of vertical typing. Well, now we are going to disclose another ability of the iPad keyboard which is associated with the spilt keyboard option. Another feature we are talking about is the hidden buttons which you get to use while working with split keyboard.
There are 6 hidden button, which are certain letters as Y, H, B, T, G and V without even touching at the opposite side via your left hand. This result in great convenience allowing you to type the text faster and easily. Moreover, this also helps you to prevent mis-touches
If you have used the spilt keyboard on your iPad, then you must be familiar to how it does look. If you have not used than you can see in the above image that at the left side of the keyboard, you get Y, H, B and at another side, you get T, G, V as the hidden buttons.
If you want to access the split keyboard on your iPad, all that you need to do is to tap and hold on the toggle keyboard button in the lower right to get a menu, or tap and hold on it and drag upwards, as simple as that.
