Adobe on Tuesday announced latest versions of Flash Player 10.1 which will not only support just Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux computers, but also a variety of smartphones, though that support isn’t yet built in.
The new Flash version paves the way for full functionality on smart phones, according to Barclay. All major mobile platforms save one – the Apple iPhone – will get Flash players over the next year, starting with the Palm webOS later this year.
