Verizon Offering BOGO: Buy One BlackBerry Get Anything Free

Verizon Wireless successful scheme of buy one BlackBerry get another free in the past has now changed for good, now offering includes netbooks, PC cards, USB modems or MiFi.
That means new subscribers, or those signing new two-year contracts, can get a free netbook with a BlackBerry Tour smartphone. A report, titled “Making iPhone Work In The Enterprise: Early Lessons Learned,” studied iPhone deployment at Kraft Foods, Oracle, and Amylin Pharmaceutical, and found the handset is easier to support than other mobile platforms in the enterprise environment.

Apple To Launch Netbook  With Touch Screen

With the sales of netbooks expected to double (to 20 million units worldwide) in 2009, and Mac enthusiasts already shoehorning OS X onto existing netbooks, it stands to reason that Apple is paying attention. Apple is working with Taiwanese display manufacturer Wintek Corp. and the world’s largest notebook maker Quanta to assemble the new machines.
