Rhapsody iPhone App With $15 Subscription: Will It Be Feasable Against Free Pandora

The music service company Rhapsody, a division of Real Networks, plans to submit a Rhapsody iPhone app will let subscribers access Rhapsody’s 8 million song database for streaming over EDGE/3G/Wi-Fi.

Microsoft has signed up a number of mobile game developers to create games for its mobile platform. Strong indication of sales coming from mobile application stores indicates that mobile games can make a difference in a battle for mobile OSes.

Apple’s Genius the first ever playlist generator with a brain of its own

Apple on Tuesday launched an upgraded iTunes that features an intelligent, automatic playlist generator called Genius. This new technology will make a calculated guess from different data that includes the listening habits of iTunes users. James McQuivey, vice president of media research said “This is critical.
